United for Growth

With a foundation of 11 coaches now coaching 17 executives from non-profit organizations we will match another 7 coaches with 9 executives by the end of April. That’s 26 executives who have received or will be receiving pro bono coaching.  The beauty  of the United for Growth Program, is that the collective effort of our coaches is helping leaders and their organizations have a greater impact on their community.

Our intention is to scale the United for Growth Program across the State in conjunction with Coaching Week.  What could be more appropriate?  Concurrent with these efforts your President Joy Lubeck, MBA, ACC, will be representing the ICF AZ Charter Chapter at a statewide meeting of all of the Arizona-based United Way organizations hosted by our United for Growth Partner Mesa United Way.

To qualify you must have completed, at a minimum, the  ICF Certified Training for the ACC and only needing coaching hours to submit for your ACC certification. PCC and MCC level coaches are encouraged to join.  Qualified coaches must be willing to make a six month -10-hour coaching commitment to participate in the program. If interested, please contact our United for Growth Project Director Kirsten Drozdowski @coachkirstendroz@gmail.com.

Thanks to your support we are...“United for Growth”
