Carrie Sackett is the founder of ZPD Coaching, a virtual and international practice specializing in Life Development Groups, couples and family work.

Carrie has been practicing social therapeutics for 25 years—in the coach’s chair and outside the coach’s office as a Fortune 500 global change leader, an award-winning employee engagement professional and an international nonprofit executive of innovative, privately-funded youth development programs.

Life Development Groups break with the traditional model of assembling like-minded individuals with similar goals and shift into bringing together diverse people with diverse issues that they want to work on and grow around. The results are turbo-charged growth, offering an immediate sense of community and belonging. Participants come to appreciate making space for a weekly emotional workout with others.

Carrie is co-author of: Social Therapeutic Coaching: A Practical Guide to Group and Couples Work, published in 2024 by Routledge. She formed The Center for Group and Couples Coaching to train coaches and helping professionals in the social therapeutic method.

Carrie graduated from Duke University and received her Masters in Strategic Communications from Columbia University. In addition to training with social therapeutics’ founders at the East Side Institute in Manhattan, she is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and trained in somatic coaching by The Somatic School in London.

Michelle is a Solution-Focused Creative-Depth Coach who loves to work with persons who have been smashing their path to success but have come to realize there is something more desirable and fulfilling they would love to do next. Some of her clients are clear from the start what they would like to do and she helps them with Solution-Focused Methods. Others are more in an exploration phase of who they are and what they would like and they love Jungian Coaching methodology to gain a deeper and more aligned individuation. Some are clear about who they are but need help in self-expression, and this is where Creativity Coaching is helpful. Most of her clients want a mixture of these paths over time.

With regards to her background: She is a highly qualified Professional Certified Coach (ICF) who has a PhD in Psychology and a Masters in Human Development, she has that breadth and depth of knowledge, as well as a track record of decades of successful Coaching practice. She began coaching in 1985 the field of Health and Wellness. In 1994, she became an Executive and Team Coach for a Fortune 500 International Corporation. Her practice then expanded to several other corporations, governmental agencies, medical practices and non-profits. Her private practice with individual clients initially focused on Leadership, Women’s Empowerment, Creativity, and Relationships. In the past two years, she has incorporated her 40 years of creativity as an Artist and Jungian Psychology to become a Certified Creative Depth Coach. She has taught graduate-level Consultation and Coaching classes at university and college level, providing Mentoring to a new generation of coaches.

This year, when she retired from her clinical practice to focus solely on coaching and teaching, she decided to complete her ICF Level 2 Certification with Solutions Academy. She has over 2500 hours of coaching experience and over 200 hours of training. Her ideal clients are Twice Exceptional Leaders and Scientists, Women Leaders, and Mid-Life/ Retirees who are seeking to spark their Creativity and Soul Knowledge.

She walks her talk when it comes to following her authentic path. This year has been a year of personal growth and alignment for her.  When she left her clinical practice, she needed all the support that she is specializing in now.  This resulted in a Reach Project - she became a grantee for the ART-X festival.  She is the Creative Director and chief Artist for Dreamscapes Unveiled: Exploring Sleep, Dreams, and Art. In addition to a Gallery Installation focusing on Jungian Orientation to Art, there are multiple workshops for Self-Individuation, and a Community talk on Synchronicity, Active Imagination, and Carl Jung’s Red Book.
