Linda Martin

Vice President Finance, Tempe

I am honored to be able to submit my interest in being part of the ICF AZ Chapter Board. I have had a long work history in leadership and development – primarily in the healthcare field for the past 30+ years. I had the good fortune of working with some inspiring leaders, which shaped my passion for helping people grow into their best selves. I obtained my coaching certification from International Coach Academy in 2007 to support my supervisory responsibilities. As part of my coaching development, I believe even more in the power of coaching – for myself personally (to be my best self) and to be fully supportive and present for others. The gift of coaching is especially needed now due to all our current societal challenges. Since retiring in late 2018, I am an active Board of Director member of Tempe Community Council – focused on Tempe resident human services funding.
