Each of us was born into a society where people have been historically rewarded or mistreated based on numerous ideologies including race. Regardless of one's background,  the associated historical trauma and suffering connected with interacting with these ideologies have been passed down through DNA and can affect how we see ourselves and relate to others as coaches and as humans.

During this highly-interactive presentation, Dr. Jamal Fruster and Dr. Brett Jones, partners in co-creation at the Source Chiropractic in Tucson,  will talk about how trauma is stored in the body and passed down.  They will also provide attendees with a number of practices to help release it so they can experience a greater degree of ease, well-being and connection.

Participants are encouraged to wear loose fitting or athletic clothing, bring a journal, yoga mat and/or cloth folding chair and a bottle of water.

Presenters' Bios

Dr. Jamal Früster is a doctor, life coach and speaker who helps healthcare professionals heal their minds and bodies while strengthening the soul. As the hypeman for humanity, he is on a life mission of providing for the tired provider, shifting healthcare from the inside out, making it more sustainable for those working in it, and powerfully shifting the cultural perspective on chiropractic. The essence of Dr. Fruster's work is an invitation for all to move beyond suffering  and pain and into the fullness of life; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Dr. Brett Jones is on this planet to help facilitate the re-connection of humanity; to heal, live, and evolve naturally.  He is the creative mind that helps shape the revolutionary energy and systems of The Source Chiropractic. Dr. Jones felt that what was missing in the chiropractic profession was a deep sense of connection, purpose, and consistent delivery of results with artfully crafted chiropractic adjustments. He filled this void by creating Kairos Training Culture, the world’s largest performance training system for chiropractors and chiropractic students. When he is not serving as CEO of The Source Chiropractic and Kairos Training Culture, he fills his time creating spaces of evolution for his two children, moments of connection with his wife, Dr. Kate Jones, and cultivating centers of empowerment for himself and others to discover their ideal Self.
