Biography
Elissa’s passion is helping leaders reach their full potential. As an Executive Coach, she collaborates with clients to help them to create new awareness and build new habits to reach their goals faster. Leaders transitioning to new roles, and leaders focused on career advancement who are interested in identifying what’s holding them back, particular in the areas of building confidence and managing perfectionism, are her primary focus areas.
Elissa has coached folks at many levels including Manager, Director, VP and CEO in organizations ranging from Tech Start Ups to Non-Profits and Fortune 100 Organizations including PwC, SAP, Google, Facebook, J.P. Morgan, Nationwide, Hanover, and Cognizant. With a shift toward diversifying executive leadership teams to be more reflective of our communities, Elissa focuses the majority of her coaching on female, LGBTQ+, Black, Latinx and Asian/Pacific Islanders, as well as individuals who align with this philosophy.
Elissa has over 20 years of corporate experience in Financial Services, and is an Ex-Fortune 100 Executive. In her most recent corporate role, she was the Chief Product Officer at Nationwide E&S/Specialty, with prior experience spanning a variety of functional areas including Product, Business Development, Finance and Claims at companies including Nationwide, W.R. Berkley and Farmers. In both 2016 and 2020, Elissa was named one of Insurance Business America’s Elite Women, as well as to the Insurance Business Global 100 list.
A passionate advocate for community involvement, Elissa and sits on the Board of the Valley of the Sun United Way, is a member of the Advisory Board for St. Vincent de Paul, and is a member of the Executive Board of the Arizona Women’s Leadership Forum.
