We hear the word ‘coaching’ often, yet we may not be able to clearly articulate the experience, value, and power of a coaching conversation.  Join ICF Arizona on October 27th and observe three laser (10-15 min.) coaching conversations on a variety of topics! 

Questions that can be answered through the observation are:

•  What’s it like to be coached?
•  What’s possible to achieve with a coach?
•  How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?
 
We encourage you to join the Lunch and Learn to get an inside perspective on how a coaching conversation is structured, how the coach and the person being coached work together to find options, and will take away some tips on how to use coaching skills yourself.
