Spark Program

The Spark program is an ICF Arizona initiative open to both credentialed and non-credentialed coaches to offer pro bono coaching services. Through this program, ICF Arizona Charter Chapter is teaming up with Dress for Success Phoenix to provide coaching to graduates of their EducateHER program. EducateHER is a Pathways Program for Single Moms, eliminating barriers faced by single mothers returning to school. From childcare to tuition, this program supports women through one-year certificate programs at Maricopa Community Colleges and Coconino Community College in growing industries. Dress for Success Phoenix aims to empower women for economic independence by providing support networks, professional attire, and development tools for success in work and life.

The Spark program aims to match coaches with participants from the EducateHER program to support the needs of recently graduated participants as they transition into new career opportunities. This program runs year-round, and clients are matched with volunteer coaches on a one-on-one basis, with each participant and coach being paired up as client candidates request this service.
