Struggling with how to help a team rebuild broken trust? A lot has been written about key conditions that build--and damage--team trust and psychological safety in the workplace. Yet very little is known about how to help a team reset trust and psychological safety.

During this interactive session, Dr. Laura Hauser—pioneer in the field of leadership and team coaching--will share a real-world case study about a team grappling with broken trust. She will walk you through the critical steps she took, and why, to facilitate the team’s journey from fractured trust to unlocking their individual and collective potential.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the impact of trust and psychological safety in the workplace.
  • Distinguish between the subtle yet significant differences between trust and psychological safety.
  • Identify four key measurable behaviors that foster trust within teams.
  • Discover various team coaching approaches and team-based assessment models
