Paul Willis, currently serving remotely as the Chief Operating Officer at JL Remodeling in Lynnwood, Washington, embodies a leadership style that is both innovative and deeply committed to empowering teams. The company was showcased on HGTV's Unsellable Houses for three seasons, and provided a great opportunity to grow his team. With an MBA and a Master's in Executive Coaching from the Townsend Institute, Paul combines a solid academic foundation with practical leadership insights. His role goes beyond mere operational excellence, as he passionately works towards fostering growth and unlocking potential within his organization and the broader community.

Paul is actively engaged in coaching, working with clients to navigate their personal and professional challenges.
