Presenter Bios
Dr. Kelly Kent, a dedicated neuroscientist, intertwines her profound fascination with the brain into various facets of her life, spanning from her roles as a school board member, corporate creativity consultant, business owner, speaker, to her most rewarding responsibility as a parent. Completing her Ph.D. in the molecular mechanisms of stroke recovery in 2011 marked the beginning of her journey of translating academic expertise into real-world applications.

Driven by her commitment to bridging neuroscience with everyday life, Kelly co-founded adaptED Consultants, where she spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering individual and organizational growth through neuroscience-based approaches. Under her leadership, adaptED aligns corporate cultures with optimal brain functioning, empowers leaders to adopt brain-informed management practices, and assists organizations in developing their own neuroscientifically-driven strategies. Recognizing the pivotal role of coaching in personal and professional development, Kelly collaborated with Master Certified Coach Hayden Lee to establish the Master Mind Institute, a testament to their shared vision of leveraging neuroscience to unlock human and organizational potential.

Hayden Lee, MCC, a distinguished Master Certified Executive Life and Leadership Coach, holds the highest accolade in the professional coaching realm and co-founded the Master Mind Institute.
