Considering and making the leap from Corporate to Entrepreneur can be daunting. Reevaluating success and creating an entrepreneurial exit from Corporate to Coaching can be done successfully - if you have the right framework to turn risk into opportunity.

Entrepreneurship as a Coach is very different from Corporate Life, and figuring out how to translate your decades of corporate experience can be time consuming. What you want is a reliable shortcut that has already been tested by someone you trust.

In this session, Elissa Kelly will share critical areas for successfully pivoting to entrepreneurship and building a thriving coaching business, including:

* The Risk Framework: how to turn risk into opportunity
* Common overlooked keys to success in three areas: Strategy, Operations and Business Development

Speaker Bio:
I’m Elissa Kelly, a PCC certified, Solopreneur Business Coach. With experience transitioning from my own corporate career to launch multiple successful coaching businesses, I have found there is more to success than just being a great certified coach — you also need to be great at the business side of coaching. Prior to becoming a coach, I was a Fortune 100 insurance executive and corporate climber.

With a keen eye toward risk and how to mitigate it, I was able to thoughtfully plan my transition and create six-figure financial success in my first year of solopreneurship (and double revenue in both year 2 and 3!). Now, you get access to this guidance to design your transition, launch your business, and grow successfully as an executive coach solopreneur.

Elissa Kelly partners with strong leaders to guide them from corporate executives to thriving executive coaches who are strategic, risk savvy, solopreneurs. A reformed corporate insurance executive, turned successful executive coach, she has tested the shortcuts and knows which ones to take. With her proprietary framework of gathering data, assessing risk, and mitigating for success, working with her ensures you have an up to date playbook in hand, and are prepared to win at a new game.
