CCEUs:
Core Competencies | .5
Resource Development | .5
To be eligible for CCEUs for virtual programs, the participant must attend a minimum of 80% of the "live" program.
Watching a recording will not qualify you for CCEUs.
In this fun and creative interactive session, I'll give an example and then invite you into a guided reflection to:
  • Explore and identify personal stories-whether profound or subtle-that might help shape who you are as a coach.
  • Reflect on how these narratives influence your coaching mindset, presence, or approach.
  • Reframe and retell these stories in ways that bring clarity, empowerment, and alignment with your coaching practice.
  • Design relevant action or take-aways that can have a lasting impact.
By embracing our stories, both big and small, we cultivate deeper self-awareness, enhance our coaching presence, and embody the coaching mindset in a more intentional and impactful way.

Learning Objectives:
  • Your story holds treasure-dig gently.
  • Small moments speak-listen closely.
  • Meaning isn't found, it's made.
  • You are the author-choose with heart.
