About the Coach
Jenne Brdlik, MSW, LMT, BCTMB, is a dedicated life coach and founder of Jaybird Coaching LLC, specializing in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and AuDHD (autism and ADHD). With a rich professional background as a clinical mental health therapist and massage therapist, combined with her lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult, she brings a deeply empathetic and informed perspective to her coaching practice.

Her journey into coaching was sparked by her own experience with late diagnosis and neurodivergent burnout while working in a fast-paced corporate wellness environment, where she held leadership roles and contributed to the growth of a major health company she co-founded. This experience has given her a practical understanding of business and leadership challenges, particularly valuable for high-achieving professionals navigating neurodivergence.

Passionate about creating affirming and empowering spaces, Jenne is committed to helping clients embrace their unique challenges and strengths to live fulfilling and authentic lives. Drawing on her clinical social work training, corporate leadership experience, specialized ADHD and Autism training, and life coach training, she integrates evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, radically affirming approach that supports clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Coaching Technique Highlights

  • Radically Affirming Approach: Emphasizes unconditional positive regard and deep acceptance of neurodivergence as a natural and valuable way of being
  • Strength-Based Focus: Helps clients identify, embrace, and leverage their unique talents and neurodivergent strengths.
  • Client-Centered Collaboration: Co-creates personalized coaching plans grounded in each client’s goals, preferences, and lived experience.
  • Executive Function and Emotional Regulation Tools: Integrates practical strategies tailored to ADHD/AuDHD challenges for improved organization, focus, and emotional resilience.
  • Neurodivergence-Informed Framework: Applies insights from neuroscience, predictive processing, and lived experience to support meaningful change.
  • Safe and Supportive Space: Creates a non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to explore their identity and life path.
