Coaching for Social Justice (CSJ) emerged in response to the national reckoning on race and equity following George Floyd’s murder in 2020. Bringing together a diverse group of leadership coaches, CSJ pioneered a collective learning model focused on real-life DEIJB challenges in coaching practice. The organization has since developed one of the first supervision programs dedicated to social justice in organizational coaching, offering both group and individual formats. Backed by experienced supervisors and recognized as a tax-exempt non-profit.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
CSJ is committed to equipping coaches with the awareness, skills, and courage to address social justice issues with clients. CSJ aims to transform leadership coaching into a catalyst for equitable and inclusive workplaces where all individuals can thrive.
