Dr. Kellie Sanders is a passionate leader whose life’s mission is to make a meaningful difference in education, industry, and leadership. With over three decades of experience as an educator and executive leader, she has dedicated her career to inspiring and empowering others to reach their highest potential. As a retired Chief Academic Officer and certified Leadership Coach, Dr. Sanders continues to invest her time and energy into supporting individuals and organizations to grow with purpose, resilience, and authenticity.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Sanders has served in multiple leadership roles, including Chief Academic Officer, principal, adjunct professor, and district director of professional development. She has designed and facilitated leadership academies, strategic plans, and professional learning programs that have impacted hundreds of educators and executives nationwide. As the co-founder of Lifeline for Courageous Leadership, she provides coaching and consulting services that help leaders navigate complex challenges, strengthen team dynamics, and build sustainable organizational cultures.
Today, Dr. Sanders continues her work as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and facilitator of the Courageous LeadHERship retreats—transformative experiences designed to help women lead with intention and confidence. Her extensive background in education, leadership development, and organizational growth allows her to uniquely guide others in achieving balance, clarity, and impact in their personal and professional lives. Through coaching, speaking, and consulting, Dr. Sanders remains deeply committed to helping others discover and live into their fullest potential.
