I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the founder of Stephanie Schmid Executive Coaching. I partner with women in senior leadership who are navigating a promotion, an expanded scope, or a team they inherited. Step Up 120™ is my structured 120-day engagement. Together we clarify what success looks like, reset key relationships, decide what you need to stop owning, and build the self-trust a bigger role demands. I bring more than 30 years of Fortune 500 leadership experience in HR, talent development, and program management. I’ve worked with organizations including Pfizer, ING, MetLife, Amtrak, and Deloitte. I also hold BCC, CEC, SPHR, and PMP credentials, I’m Boardwise-certified for board work, and I serve as a Senior Consultant with Churchill Leadership Group. I co-lead the 4-18 Intensive for directors and above who need their leadership and their strategy to move together.
