Biography

Scott is a certified life coach, certified Imago Professional Facilitator (CIPF), practitioner of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and end-of-life doula. He is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and groups reconnect with what is most authentic, meaningful, and alive within them. With a professional background spanning expressive arts, education, and performance, he brings a creative, relational, and deeply human approach to coaching and facilitation. His work is grounded in the belief that beneath the noise of conditioned expectations and inherited narratives, there is a wise and steady presence within each person that can guide the way forward.

Based in rural southwestern New Mexico, he works in-person and virtually with clients navigating transitions, facing uncertainty, or seeking to reclaim a sense of inner authority in a fast-moving and often overwhelming world. He meets people at thresholds—moments when something familiar is ending and something new has not yet fully emerged—and offers steady, attuned partnership as they find their way forward. This includes not only personal and relational transitions, but also the profound threshold of dying, where he supports individuals and families in approaching the end of life with presence, dignity, and intention.

Drawing on Imago dialogue, parts work, and somatic awareness, he creates spaces that are both safe and transformative—where clients can slow down, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their capacity to remain present with themselves and others. Whether working one-on-one or with couples, his focus is on fostering connection, expanding awareness, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

In addition to his private practice, Scott contributes to the coaching community through his role in Marketing and Communications for ICF Southwest, to the end-of-life community through his work with End of Life Options New Mexico, and to the LGBTQIA+ community through his service on the board of LGBTQ Grant County. With colleagues across the country and around the world, he also develops workshops and courses exploring connection, attention, transformation, and the impact of modern cultural narratives on our lives.

At the heart of his work is a simple but powerful intention: to help people remember what they knew before life got noisy—and to move forward from that knowing with greater ease, courage, and compassion.
