Biography
Call me Trav! I'm an executive coach, nonprofit consultant, and founder of Craddock Strategies. For more than a decade, I've partnered with nonprofit organizations and mission-driven leaders to strengthen fundraising, develop strategy, navigate organizational change, and build healthier, more effective teams.
My background includes leadership roles with the ACLU of Arizona, Arizona State University Foundation, and Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation, as well as service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi. I am currently completing the Certified Professional Coach (Level 2) program through Coach Academy Canada and pursuing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, with plans to continue to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
As a coach, I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. My role is to create a space where clients can think more deeply, challenge assumptions, gain clarity, and take meaningful action aligned with their values. My mission is to partner with people to lead and live with greater intention, authenticity, and empathy so they can create meaningful impact in their own lives and in the world. Lasting change begins with how we lead ourselves, creating a ripple effect that extends to the people, organizations, and communities around us.
My coaching is grounded in years of executive leadership, fundraising, and organizational development experience, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face. I especially enjoy working with nonprofit professionals, leaders at all stages of their careers, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating career transitions or leadership growth.
