Executive Coach | People Strategist | HR Leader in Cybersecurity
I am an executive coach, people strategist, and senior HR leader with over a decade of coaching experience, currently heading Human Resources within a cybersecurity organization. I partner with leaders operating in high-stakes, fast-evolving environments to strengthen decision-making, leadership presence, and organizational effectiveness.
Drawing on deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and complex problem-solving, my coaching is practical, grounded, and outcome-driven. I support executives and high-potential leaders in navigating ambiguity, leading through change, and aligning people strategy with business priorities.
