ICF Southwest proudly participates in ICF Global’s Ignite program, a pro bono initiative aimed at accelerating and amplifying positive impact on humanity and the planet through coaching. Our Ignite program is open to nonprofit, public, and other social impact organizations across Arizona and New Mexico. We are committed to partnering with organizations whose missions and programs align with the UN Global Goals of Gender Equality, Climate Action, Peacemaking Justice, and Strong Institutions, as outlined by the International Coaching Federation.
Since 2021, ICF Southwest credentialed coaches have generously donated over 400 hours of pro bono coaching services to more than 70 nonprofit leaders, serving over 25 local nonprofit organizations. To date, our partner organizations have included:
