Shepherd of the Desert Lutheran Church
We will meet in the "Founder's Room" which is most accessibl
As we begin 2025 I thought it would be helpful for us to gather for an in person meeting to network and identify ways we can support each other in this region of our chapter.
The agenda will be simple:
-Greeting
-Introduction of ourselves to the gathering
-Identifying how we as a cohort can assist each other and promote growth in our coaching (ideas for future gatherings, programs, etc.)
-If you have resources you wish to share that is great!
-As your ambassador I want to assist you connect with the wealth that ICF AZ has to offer (of wisdom and resources).
Coaching is an interaction between people that offers skills, knowledge, perspective, confidence, and guidance. Understanding how to effectively integrate inclusion, diversity, equity, belonging, psychological safety, cultural competence, and other essential themes into your coaching toolkit will enhance your impact as a coach and for ICF as an organization.

Happy New Year Central Phoenix ICF AZ Members. We are going to kick off the year with our first happy hour at the First Draft Book Bar. This is the bar located at Changing Hands Bookstore. We meet in the larger back room where the fireplace is. Occasionally, there are events that pop up on their calendar after we‘ve scheduled our happy hour. If there becomes a conflict, we will move to the bookstore area and congregate around the front part of the bar. This is an informal gathering of coaches to get to know one another and share what we have going on, in coaching and otherwise. Hope to see you all there.
Join us for this "giant think tank", discussing and delving deep into the whole arena of ethics in coaching as it relates to the current version of the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, updated in 2021.
