Description:
1. The acknowledgement of the power of our energy and how it impacts others around us (positively ornegatively). The horses are the best teachers as they are highly sensitive and can reflect the importance of being mindful of your energy.
2. The importance of showing up as your true authentic self. Horses are keenly aware of their surroundings at all times and are amazing truth tellers and see through ego and falsities.
3. Acceptance and appreciation for the individual gifts we all possess and how to embrace them to live authentically and attract those we are best suited to serve and help. When working with horses we become more present and tuned in to our heart vs our head.
Presenter's Bio
Leeanne Gardner helps individuals and business owners take the reins and implement positive changes through experiential workshops with horses, and motivational speaking. Inspired by her lifelong love of horses and the realization that too many people she encountered struggled to answer the question “What lights you up?”
