In this workshop you'll get: 
 
All of your learning is packaged in a digital playbook featuring an evidence based wellbeing measure and tools to help you immediately apply what you've learned.  In addition, follow up cheat sheets and podcasts are with the world's leading researchers if you want to dive deeper into the science.

  • An introduction to six essential elements of wellBEING according to positive psychology researchers 
  • A deeper understanding of the science of wellBEING and its connection to effective coaching
  • A conscious appreciation that within your current coaching practice it is likely you are utilizing the essential elements within the science 
  • Practical tools, frameworks and practices to use (individually and with your clients)

Prework: Participants will be invited to take the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey: A downloadable report is provided that documents individual results, assessment within specific elements of wellbeing & opportunities to create 'tiny habits' to positively influence wellbeing.
 

Presenter's Bio

Diane Rogers is Founder & CEO of Contagious Change, working with individuals, leaders & organizations to 'create a contagious change where each individual's magnificence is made un invisible'.  Her leadership development programs equip, engage & encourage individuals to BE their best, to see their magnificence, & to bring the best of themselves to the best of others   to thrive, flourish & BE well. She holds a PCC level certification as well as several certificates in positive psychology and wellBEING.

Louis Alloro is a positive psychology practitioner.  He holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from University of Penn where he studied with Dr. Martin Seligman. He has trained & certified thousands of practitioners in applied positive psychology & wellbeing science.  He is a senior fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing at George Mason University & is currently pursuing his PhD in the School of Leadership & Change at Antioch University.
