Explore what makes coaching such a dynamic learning process and how to ensure each session has the impact you desire. This presentation will focus first on what occurs in the brain when coaching sparks imagination and expand understanding. When the coach focuses more on expanding perspective and self-awareness instead of achieving goals, the result creates both insights that create new possibilities and an increase in the confidence needed to act with more commitment.

Breakthroughs occur that change minds and lives. Marcia will then do a coaching demonstration so you can she what she teaches in action followed by Q&A.

This session includes the latest research on how to use principles of creativity and co-creation to create breakthrough moments in coaching. She will then explore the coaching skills that relate to the competencies and how to apply them to spark more creative insights, the new awareness needed to ensure progress is
made.

After the demonstration, participants will get a link to an e-book of tools, resources, and suggested practice sessions to enrich their skills.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define what makes coaching such a powerful learning technology that activates sustainable change.
  • Identify the essential coaching practices that create magical moments.
  • Explore how to use your energy to have more impact than your words.
