Full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Conference registration cancelled in writing to contact@icfarizona.org on or before October 28, 2024 will be refunded, subject to a $40 administrative fee. Registrants canceling after October 28, 2024 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual by submitting a written request to contact@icfarizona.org (additional fee may apply to convert a Member or Student registration to a General Admission registration).
No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
In the event ICF Arizona must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ICF AZ will refund the cost of registration. However, ICF AZ does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
