Biography
Laurie D Battaglia is CEO of Aligned at Work® in Scottsdale, Arizona. Laurie is on a personal mission to wake up leaders of organizations who think that they can delay inevitable change. She is a futurist and strategizer, a connector of people and resources. She believes in balancing people and profit in business for a sustainable future.
Laurie is an executive coach, leadership coach, DEIB consultant, and career coach. She is an expert facilitator and brings groups together to achieve great things. Her super power is building trust quickly with clients, team members, and diverse communities.
Laurie has an MS in Organizational Development & Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. Her Associates Degree is in Business Administration - Human Resources from Ursinus College in PA, where she currently serves on the Alumni Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team. She lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband Joseph and cat Cheddar. She is a mom, stepmom, MomMom, Reiki Master Teacher, and avid yoga enthusiast.
