Biography

Before I became a coach, like many Americans, I was working long hours in a very demanding job. Unfortunately, I was also mismanaging my stress, eating lots of junk food, not exercising, sleeping poorly, and not having any fun. I didn't realize it at the time but I was unwittingly trading my well-being, health, and relationships for career success!

Fortunately, I enrolled in a wellness class offered through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine where I learned about an integrative approach to health. During the program I made several lifestyle changes. After several months of concerted effort, I began to feel inspired, calm, connected, rested, and productive again.

I was so happy with my lifestyle changes that I took my efforts to the next level and became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’m also a developmental psychologist with a PhD in Family Studies and Human Development.

I help busy professionals and entrepreneurs activate new levels of vibrancy so they can thrive despite challenges!
