Meet Virginia, the executive coach for women in STEM careers. A seasoned professional with a knack for turning career labyrinths into guided joyrides for technical women. Armed with a background in Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, and Operations - and a certified program management wand - she's conquered challenges in aerospace and medical devices with the finesse of a superhero in a lab coat. As a three-time Arizona State University Engineering alumna, she's dedicated to a lifetime of learning. From her days of blowing up engines (literally!) in aerospace to orchestrating global spare parts strategy for the world's largest medical device company, Virginia's journey is as eclectic as her playlist on a Monday morning. Virginia empowers women in technical fields by navigating the unique challenges they face and turning them into opportunities for growth. Her ten-year tenure on the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Board of Directors reflects her advocacy for women in STEM.
