Biography
Karyn has over 25 years of corporate human resources experience in a variety of disciplines including organizational development, talent management, team building, learning, diagnostics, leadership development, and facilitation.
She has worked across several industries and sectors including retail, banking, utilities, hospitality, service industries, and call center environments. Karyn has provided coaching, training, change management, and consulting within several organizations and start-up industries including technology, food and nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and supply chain. Working with hundreds of leaders to build the teams, organizations, and careers they are striving towards.
Karyn earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2017. Karyn earned her Professional and Executive coaching certification with the University of Texas at Dallas in 2022 and her PCC in Feb 2023.
