Christine Hazen Molina, PCC, SCPC, is the Founder and CEO of Heartfelt Workforce. She is deeply passionate about helping high-potential leaders and teams create a conscious workplace culture to drive phenomenal levels of human behavior, connection, and success in the workplace.
As a lifelong learner, Christine founded Heartfelt Workforce with the belief that individuals and teams can reach greater success in their organizations when they lead from their hearts.
Christine and her talented team partner with clients to uphold their greatest vision for themselves and live their best life.
With over 25 years of experience in professional training, Christine has coached and consulted for human behavior in the workplace through people skills mastery with Emotional and Social Intelligence training.
She has facilitated leadership training and coaching in many sectors including; healthcare, government, technology, and construction to name a few.
Christine has a graduate degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She also is a certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and is a Soul-Centered Professional Coach (SCPC) from the University of Santa Monica.
