Biography
As Principal and CEO of Desert Blue Consulting & Coaching, Niki Lomibao helps community-driven organizations put HR strategies and projects into action.
Niki has over 8 years of experience as a leader in in Human Resources, specifically in talent, leadership, and organizational development with several years of experience in the nonprofit field. She is certified in Evidence-Based Coaching, which blends research-based theory and models and the coach’s use of self to create an effective coaching relationship. She is an ACC-certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. Aside from Desert Blue, Niki works to build meaningful community partnerships with organizations that serve underrepresented and underserved communities. She is also a program partner for Girl Scouts Arizona-Cactus Pine Council and an adjunct professor with University of Dubuque LIFE Tempe. Community is one of her personal and company core values and where she feels she can make the most impact.
