Biography
Kim Madrigal, PHD, ACC is the founder of Madrigal Coaching & Consulting LLC. With over 14 years of experience in executive coaching, her leadership philosophy is everyone lead. It is a call to action to create positive, lasting change through your leadership. Kim’s service in leadership development includes 24+ years in education, nonprofit, training, facilitation and consultation.
Kim’s passions include her family, being in nature, running, all things cheese, developing others, and continuous learning. Her education includes studies in executive leadership coaching as a Woodruff fellow at Georgetown University, achieving a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Educational Leadership and Cultural Studies, a Masters of Liberal Studies from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
