Biography
Patrick is a retired Navy Master Chief with over 30 years of leadership understanding comprised of military, government, and corporate experiences. He is an experienced coach focusing on whole-person development and uses a laser-focused approach to help clients achieve personal and professional successes.
Patrick holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to his academic and professional experience, Patrick is a certified Tilt365 Suite of Assessments practitioner, which includes the Laser Coaching Masterclass and focuses on agile leadership and team building. He is a perpetual learner and continues his learning journey through organizations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Arizona Chapter of the International Coach Federation (AZ-ICF), Coach-Collab, an online coaches forum, and the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor. He holds professional certifications as a Blanchard® Channel Partner and LEGO® Serious Play® Methods facilitator.
