Biography
Lori Severson is an ontological coach who spent 20+ years in Corporate America with a key focus on developing effective leaders and creating better places for people to work. She specializes in the interpersonal side of leadership, coaching individuals and groups as well as designing action learning opportunities creating more “coach-like” leaders. She has been on the inside of Fortune 500 companies including Intel, GE, Honeywell and McDonnell Douglas (Boeing). She has also served as a consultant in healthcare settings. She believes that the leaders' role has gotten more complex and increasingly difficult, creating a demand for courageous, open and intentional leadership.
Lori works with successful leaders, helping them to change the game. Using her Harmonic Leadership Pathway, she helps them discover where they are operating in Discord, let that go and get Re-aligned so they can work from a place of Harmony. By challenging limiting beliefs, uncovering blind spots and aligning values, they are able to shift to confidence and clarity. This creates new openings for action and results and prepares leaders to effectively navigate the chaos and politics at work.
