Biography
Nicole Piemonte, PhD is a trained coach who works specifically with those who have chosen a life in healthcare. She has taught medical students, residents, and faculty clinicians for over ten years in her roles as a coach, professor, and associate dean for faculty leadership. Nicole’s lived experience in medicine and medical education give her insight into the painful challenges (and deep joy) that a life in medicine brings—and she is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside clinicians as they seek deeper meaning and connection.
