Alexis is the founder and owner of The Change Solution, LLC. She is a certified executive and leadership development coach based in Phoenix, Arizona. Her career started more than 20 years ago as an officer in the United States Air Force. She has made it her life’s mission to help professionals break through barriers to find and make smart decisions that positively influences the course of their careers, as well as their personal lives. Additionally, with experience in both the public and private sectors, she brings a unique ability to leverage her background and experiences to help clients navigate their strengths and opportunities.
