My experience includes over twenty-five years providing leadership development, coaching and organizational development expertise; deploying people strategies that are aligned to achieve business results for a variety of organizations in high technology, manufacturing, healthcare, government, retail, natural resources and financial services. I have provided over 900 hours of coaching expertise and have consulted with CEOs, vice presidents, senior managers, executive directors and their teams from nonprofit organizations to multi-billion-dollar global organizations. Having worked in fast-paced, global organizations such as Nike and Intel, I have experienced first-hand the challenges of leading professionals in demanding organizations.
